Best source for touch-up paint?

Is Toyota the best source for touch up paint? I've got a bunch of chips, all under a dime size, that I'd like to get under control....some have surface rust. I'm nowhere near a new paint job or major body work. I just want to control the dings so I can compound and wax finally.......

any body shop can properly mix you up some touch up paint as long as you can provide them the code

the Toyota paint should work fine for you, I touched up a dime size ding that had gotten some surface rust, just sanded off the rust and touched it up, can't even tell.
