What axles do you want to use?
What size tires?
How much do you want to spend?

Was happy with my alll-pro 4runner. Was happy with my all-pro/63” Chevy 4runner
Was happy with factory SAS parts and RUF soringd
Was somewhat happy with the all-pro 3-link prototype
Very happy with 4WU 3-link kit

wanted to go with a toyota axle out of an 84-85 but it sounds like coils are the way to go… but can i use a toyota axle and jest weld on brackets for coils/links? or do i have to use a dana or something

also, running 35’s, and don’t care too much about the budget

I'm running an 85 front axle with links and coilovers. There are stronger options out there if you have a bigger budget like Ruff Stuff or Diamond housings. You can run a larger diff than an 8" in them as an option. I'll upgrade if/when mine ever fails. It's been hanging in there on 35's for many years. I'll see how it does on 37's.
