Best place to tap into market/turn signal wiring?

Hi,

I recently purchased a new TJM T-13 bumper for my 99 Land Cruiser, and it comes with an LED turn signal/marker light on the front of the bumper that requires tapping into the factory wiring.

I was hoping someone could recommend the best place to access the wiring for the signal and marker light..? Also, if you happen to know which wires are which colors that would be super helpful!
