Yeah.. I put the grab handle using metric nutserts..
Bolt is 1.5" long
You and I both. That's less than 1/8 of the $8 sheet so I don't mind if I get 6-12 months out of it. It's the stuff they use on staircases in public spaces though so I'm hoping it'll hold up alright.Ill be interested to see how long the tape lasts

I think I'm in it for about $4500. Could do it a fair bit cheaper if you went with Pro Fender shocks, rubber bumpstops and found arms for cheaper as well. I had a bit of spare cash at the time and went stupid for some reason.Nice, should do ok with a bit of luck. Really like ur truck mate. Id love cois up front in mine but the dollars stop me. Had trouble finding rubbers for the stock pedals so pulled mine out, stripped and repainted them then did a vinyl anti-slip tape cover on them.
All up I'm in them for a sheet of sand paper, a can of gloss black rustoleum paint and an $8 strip of anti-slip tape

I just finished installing my cloaking device off amazon for $24.99. Best bang for your buck IMHO. The kit includes 4 cloaking units, the control panel, and wiring to the battery and switch. I decided to use one of the empty switch panels to install the button on. It has held up really well. here it is in action.

Here are the LED's on amazon- http://www.amazon.com/HOT-SYSTEM-Mo...qid=1450032065&sr=8-9&keywords=12v+fog+lightsThat's a great mod - tell me more about the light please.

they are waterproof, high output LED's. In order to fit in the space between the roof and the mirror cap I had to add that little black spacer piece. Overall Im really happy with that mod. Its nice being able to just instantly light up the whole cab with one light.
I have no idea what it was originally. It may have been stop for a cabinet door possibly. I found it in a drawer in my dads workshop and thought it would be perfect. Sorry I dont have more info. It turned out looking quite clean. I wish I had more of them. It almost looks like a lego piece. On your light at the rear view mirror, what did you use as a spacer or mount?
I used these LED strip connectors off of Amazon - about $4 for a bag of them.Spade clips work pretty well.
But how did you connect the leads ( + / - ) to the actual LED strip?
The strips have two tiny copper dots that you have to be a goddam surgeon to solder up.
