From what I understand, the OEM O-ring (90099-14007) is NLA. Is 90099-14020 (superseded by 90099-14090) an acceptable replacement?

Ran into that exact thing today! Exactly. I could have written the exact same comment.i will tell u this :
DO NOT EVER buy a Dist. o-ring From SOR.com !
they sell a SAE imposter thats a hair too big in Girth , u will NOT be able to
push your distributor in the bore ,
i used 2 hands and all my body weight , the side of o-ring got shafed off like lunch meat at the deli ...
this odd thing has happend to me like 4 times over the years , i call sor
and they say what ever ..............?
problem is when u push and dizzy stops u think its engaged with the oil pump
in reality it's like a inch above still ....
i ONLY use and buy OEM Toyota ones , they are more of a spaghetti o-ring
and the dizzy slides in as it should
has anyone else at all ever gotten this SAE o-ring from sor before ?
if so speak up !
thanks matt

Probably would have, but I'm not strong enough to push that hard!did the engine block slice the side off like the deli meet at the Grocery Store does ?
