Hi all,
I’ve gone through several detailed threads here (which are fantastic), but I’m still trying to clarify what’s minimally essential for restoring the original suspension quality of my 2014 LX570 with 150K miles. The ultimate goal here is prevent break downs or AHC related problems in the future (I want to make this car last a long time). The car has no issues ATM and this is purely preventative.
I will drain/replace the AHC fluid and replace the accumulator globes—but beyond that, I’m wondering:
• Should I replace control arms (upper/lower, front/rear)?
• Would sway bar links and bushings make a noticeable difference?
• Are there specific components that give the biggest bang for the buck in restoring ride quality and handling?
I’m looking for advice on what’s most impactful without diving into a complete tear-down unless absolutely necessary.
Thanks in advance for helping me make sense of this!
