While putting my intake manifold back in I bent the fuel line that connects the fuel filter to pressure damper. I was being so aware of it going in initially, but then after extra movement to get the manifold back in place, I noticed what I had done. Is there a way to repair the kink? If I replace it, what is the process? It looks like it is really tight on the pressure damper side. Thanks ahead of time

The FSM cautions against bending or kinking that specific fuel line, so I would replace it. It’s around $36 from PartSouq (with shipping, I think I paid $65 total when I replaced mine).

Thanks. Is there a certain method to put it on? It looks very snug on the damper side.

Anyone recently replace this hose? I damaged the clip end when replacing the fuel filter. I have ordered the hose above and a special wrench the FSM shows is needed to remove the damper.
