Bellhousing access cover missing? (1 Viewer)

I was doing an oil change tonight and discovered that I can see the flexplate thru a nice rectangular hole in the front of the bell housing. Is this normal, or am I missing some sort of snap in cover for the hole. Any advice is appreciated.

You are missing a black plastic cover.
