There are other dealerships that offer the same prices as Bell Lexus. I used to order from Bell all the time, until I realized that if you order from a dealership in another state, you also don't have to pay sales tax. @jakemccurdy you need to find a dealership outside of AZ, since you live in Chandler, then you would have saved another $24.10 on that CV axle.

Can you post any of the other dealerships??? 👍

Where it says "View More Dealers" put in your zip code. Then on the screen where it lists the dealerships, only click on the ones where it says "Select This Dealer" not the ones that just list a phone number. Starting today there is 41% off! Damn. I'm in FL and I order from the dealership in Savannah, GA. Same deal as Bell and I get the parts faster.

Here is the order I just placed. 41% off, free shipping and no sales tax. You get a shipping credit up to $100, you don't have to spend $100. You can literally order a $1 bolt and they will ship it for free.

Just another bump on this - was shopping for parts at Bell online for pickup (i live in Scottsdale), and noticed they have a 20% sale right now through 9/24 with up to $100 free ground shipping.

Love the tip on ordering out of state to avoid the taxes - only makes sense for free shipping though, unless I'm dropping serious coin on OEM stuff.

The dealership in Savannah, GA (31405) is actually a better deal than Bell. They are currently offering 41% off, Bell is just 40%. You would have to order something quite large to not qualify for the free shipping, like a bumper cover. The dealership in GA ships using Fedex and everything I've ordered has shipped within 24 hours.

Link to them?

Go to Lexus parts. Select the parts you want to purchase. Select Chatham Parkway Lexus as the dealer (31405). Discount will then jump from 20% to 41%. Free shipping credit up to $100 and no sales tax if you're outside of GA.

Figures I just put in an order two days before the Lexus 20% off!

I just tried it. Really seems to depend on the part?

For 89904-60590 Fob
The Chatham lexus discount is +20% or 35% total.
Bell Lexus right now is +20%, or 35% total.

For 68930-0W020 rear strut, Bell is 40% and Chatham 41%.
Bell ships super fast from AZ, you can call them and they immediately answer, and are super friendly. I'll keep using them for domestic orders.

Thanks for the tip though, will keep checking Chatham. Bell is closer to me but Chatham NJ is a good option for east coasters.

Key fob is probably priced differently, I have one OEM and a generic backup that I got on eBay. Bell ships USPS, Chatham ships FedEx. Everything I have ever ordered from from Chatham has shipped within 24 hours and I have ordered some obscure parts.

So this is how it works to the best of my knowledge. I used to live in Scottsdale and ordered a ton of parts from Bell and Right Toyota for vehicles that I would restore from Copart. Bell and Right, if they don't have the part, they order it from their west coast parts warehouse in Ontario, California. Once they receive the part, they ship it to you.
I have never been to the Chatham dealership in Savannah, GA, but that's a small town, so probably a small dealership. I doubt they have a lot of parts on hand. Their parts are shipping directly from the east coast Toyota parts warehouse, which is in West Caldwell, NJ. That is why the parts ship so quickly. They are not receiving the parts to their dealership and then forwarding them on to you.

UPDATE: Upon further review of my FedEx account it looks they ship from 4 locations: Dealership in Savannah, GA; Toyota parts warehouse in West Caldwell, NJ, Toyota parts warehouse in Ontario, CA and the parts warehouse in Aurora, IL. I have parts coming from all four locations.

Ok, good to know that Chatham are drop shipping and could be faster. I usually have Bell parts by FedEx within a week even with their time to order in.

Yes, I shared a second example (rear glass strut) incase the fob is a special case.

Do the lower control arms include bushings and/or ball joints? The website doesn't even show the right picture so it is hard to tell... man that Lexus website sux. They don't even acknowledge that a 2018 GX has a Premium trim level. Fortunately that doesn't matter for a suspension part. But I did note that shipping for a LCA is much cheaper from Bell than Chatham, $19 vs $71

Lexus Parts Now has better pictures of parts. The shipping cost should be the same from both dealerships. You won't know the true cost until you put in your address and advance to the check out screen.

If you are interested in Bell, be sure and get on their email list. Last parts I bought were at about a 40% discount plus free ship.
Wow! o_O Almost makes me want to break something just so I can buy something, anything and get the discount!
