Hey guys, I have a 2018 Long Bed Taco and I was hoping to replace the bed because of the originals ware and tare. I bought a newer replacement bed and was hoping to install it myself. I got as far as removing the tailgate and noticed this might be more work that previously expected. Is there a simple way of doing this? Or do I have to remove both side fenders? I thought it would just slide in, but boy was I wrong. Has anyone done this? Is this possible without removing fenders?
