Bay Area Shop Request

Hi All, Reaching out here trying to cast a wider net looking for some help. (Mods, hope this post is okay)

Took the LC for a trip this past weekend and we lost the engine. I am sourcing another to swap in, but am having trouble finding a spot to do the work. My current landlord lets me do general maintenance and stuff, but with no garage a swap would be a bit tricky and exposed.

Anyone have any suggestions on someplace I could rent to do the swap with my dad? We have all the tools and would leave any place cleaned up. If needed we could rent through our family business that is fully insured and can provide COI. Appreciate any tips.

No overheating, I think it was cylinder wall scoring and piston ring damage. Going to investigate when I pull it apart. Working on sourcing a new one now.

Yea I have been looking at those, but thanks for the tip. I don't really need the lift or the tools so it makes it a bit pricey. That said its a good last resort assuming I can do the work at lightning speed.
