My battery tray is broken from all the bashing around. Can you still get them new or has anyone used a universal that they made fit? If anyone has one for sale please let me know.

Dave :bang:

i would recomend a steel one of some sort i replaced my 75 series one it had cracked and ripped made of some type of fibreglass material the batterie brace also pulled out of the factory one ,make a nice duel steel one with angle iron or so the stainless ones look flash

Urz would be LHD i guess now ,is there enough room on the LH side for two bats with the brake booster there n stuff

I have the second battery on the right hand side and its only for my winch.

I put new f/g ones on before I found out ORE in Myaree sell a really nice metal dual battery tray specifically for a 7* series.
Bolts to the factory holes and is coated with shiny brass look for $240
Just waiting for my f/g ones to die:mad:

I have done the same to hold twin batteries in my YELLOW troopy (to take bigger batteries) and recently the battery tray collapsed on my stock blue LJ77 and I made a new tray from angle iron and alloy sheet and rubber mat. Welded some bolts into it to make it fit the factory brackets and all ok.

I'll fab up something in a few months when I take it off the road for a full frame off going over. I may have a line on one locally to get me by in the time being. If not I'll be hitting up ishobie when he gets his.

Thanks all
