Short answer: Yes. Long answer: You'll need either Slee's Group 31 battery tray kit or your own homebrew variation. For what Slee gets for his kit its not really worth messing around IMO.

Thanks for the info. I tweeked the factory bracket and drilled the positive rings. It was a quick fix to get me going.

Is it normal to have a slight draw with the ignition off.
 
^ yes...OEM configuration = Alarm draw mostly AFAIK. There are a few 100 forum threads that discuss the parasitic draw. With a simple meter you can quickly determine your parasitic draw.

My 100 is not a daily driver so I keep both of my Odyssey batteries on a "smart" charger in the driveway/garage.

If you have aftermarket sound system amps, etc., you will more than likely see much larger parasitic current draw. For my sound system amps I just put a circuit breaker in the circuit so I can easily/conveniently cut the ~1-2a draw they take...whenever I need to (driveway/garage and/or overnight or more camp outs).
