Barnes 4wd Square tube inserts for 1.25-12 and 7/8-14​

Barnes 4wd Square tube inserts will help you keep the overall cost down on your link project. Tube inserts for square tubing do cost a little more to make but, the cost of square tubing verses round DOM can save you as much as half on the cost of material.

These square bungs will fit into a square material that has a 1.5” ID. Tube adapters are a basic necessity for every DIY Fabricator. No matter if you are building a four link set up for you new rock crawler or you own heavy duty steering linkage for your trail rig you have to have them. These weld in inserts make it easy to fabricate adjustable linkages. All of our tube inserts are CNC machined.
