Well, I'll let Quinton explain this one.

Explaining to do will be forth coming when I am sober.

The dark beer always last longer than the light beer and we drank lots of pitch black oil slicks last night.

Mary and I purchased a 7.5 acre farm in west charlotte on Friday. The location is adjacent to the US National Whitewater Center.

We made a quick escape from our old place yesterday thanks to Al and Andrea's help. It seems Al knows a thing or two about moving furniture. Thank you for your advice and assistance!

Al's picture is of the 28 X 40 workshop, which will be used from a HAMOM in the near future.

Mary and I want to offer our place to those attending the Cruiser show in June. There is 1 guest bedroom and plenty of space for camping. First response can reserve the bedroom.

We are quite excited at the moment. Last night I was still in shock that we finally owned the place hence the delayed response. :bounce:Plus I am still "old school" with no smartphone and haven't hooked up the internet.

More pictures will be forthcoming.

Congrats Quinton. Can't wait to see the place - I know that's got to feel good! Loving the workshop. Looks like a prime candiate for a lift!

Congrats Quinton and Mary, It all pays off once you walk away from the table and it's yours. It is a great feeling.

Send me Mary's E-mail so Heather can forward that information.

Man thats cool as heck. I am almost jealous, but i have one just a bit bigger for the time being, but within 8 - 10 years we are moving and then it is game on for a real garage. This one is nice , do not get me wrong, but have really learned alot with this one and the next one will be set up alot better door / lift / size wise.

Congrats man.

It was fun to run into you in Davidson this morning. You got a nice, unique ride there!! Maybe I'll see you around Mt. Holly/Charlotte/Stanley - you'll be easy to spot with that rig of yours. Best of luck with your move here.

Troopy has green workmate

After searching around for a workhorse, I purchased this JD 3005 to use to work on the farm. Yes, it is green in two ways: color & diesel. Hope to use biodiesel in the near future.

Speaking of my new farm

Here are few pictures of the small farm Mary and I purchased 3 weeks ago. Hopefully you can tell what I spent my weekend doing: 8 hours of brush hog mowing and 5 hours of trimming.
