Bantam/campinglab tent

I'll offer it up to you guys first. I never even got to finish it. We camped in it twice, and my lovely bride wants a camper. She's not as outdoorsy as she thought.
The trailer needs a little tailgate work, but is otherwise sound. The tongue has been stretched and there is a 3500lb axle with 80 series wheels. There are fenders on it now, just not in the pic.
The tent is the 71x94 campinglab used twice. Never seen rain.
I would like to see 1600 for the combo.
