Andy's hosting another Landcruiser rally in Bakersfield Oct. 25 and 26, from 10 to 5. It will be at Riverwalk Park at Stockdale Hwy and Buena Vista Rd. (west of Cal State). This will be in conjunction with the city craft fair.

I just blew out the brake booster on my 40, but I should at least have it on the trailer. I would have to trailer it there anyway.


Anyone have a brake booster that will work with a non ABS FJ80 master cylinder I can pick up while there?

The only thing that I can see keeping me from at least showing up without my rig is moving into my house, if it is out of Escrow at that time.

Well. I got a brake booster. All I have to do is install it, and bleed the brakes. I am about 95% sure I'll make it.

Kind of. Edwards AFB is kind enough to put me up in the on base lodging, but most of my things the belongings I brought with me are still in the bed of the truck. Nothing I "Need" for survival, but stuff I didn't want the movers messing with. I should be in my house in about a week though.
