Tent was the best. Loved it 30 seconds to put up about 2 minutes to put away.
Great views worked great even on the pacific side with some major wind.

We have it set up with the mattress that comes with it and a down 3" featherbed. Feels like a bed.

One night about after avery long ride on the way to los corrales we set up camp in the dark in the middle of the cactus no clear area. Just hop out flip the leaver give it a little push and climb in. No hassle of unpacking the tent and setting it up. We love it.

A couple views out of the tent ;)

Nope just used map source. The bottom one is in the Los coralles area

Great pics, thank you!
How is Las Animas and San Francisquito? I've been to Bahia des Los Angeles frequently, but never further south on the dirt road. Is the fishing from shore good there?
thanks
Jan

Nice pics! I will be down there in about a month.

How did the LB Baja map workout? I am going to get it. Which one did you get? The Navigator version, or the Topo vers, or Both?

Jan

Las Animas is very remote. We were there for 3 days and did not see anyone.
Very nice place to camp and fish from the shore. I will be back there soon.
Easy to get too, some soft sand near the end and on the beach.
Here are some more pics of the area. San Francisquito also has great fishing and is very nice. At least bring a snorkel , Mask and some fins lots of sea life. Watch out for Jellies and Sting rays almost as many sting rays as cactus.

Seth I used the Navigator and a Baja Almanac. In some more remote places Seems like hurricane Marty wiped some old roads away. If you are headed south of San Francisquito.
