Haven't had anything worthy of posting lately. Finally lost the extra neighborhood's kids mouth's to feed an it was time to indulge...

Picked up a 5lb box of mexican shrimp from Cosco and froze in1lb vacume bags. Broke out the first one tonight...

Prep corn tortillas.
Peel, butterfly, clean, and marinate in itailian dressing and Franks hot wing sauce. Grill
Load up with the remaining stuff in the pics.
To die for..;)

onea my fire guys expressed surprize when I presented sliced 'codo's in that manner. Kinda scared of what he'll make if he ever cooks for us, since he didn't ask how it was done...

in that vein: esplain butterflyd shrimps to me please. and how to peel before cooking. I'm a desert kid, not one of the skills learned growing up.

but I do know what cactus to feed to hungry cattle, and what weed cowboys used to make alchyhol...
