Yes in fact I went to them first, trailer was okay'd, then a total of 4 hours later in BCAA to get insurance and plates, finally George Bailey is now a Canadian Citizen. Thank god its over.

Well I am sure your happy to have your new naturalized citizen sporting all the right papers. But 4 hours??? It took much less time to get the two Safari's done at BCAA. Others I know with imports also usually have the same positive experience with them. I guess you just got the wrong person or they got the wrong person at ICBC.
