Back up Camera for GX

2003 GX every time I Back the GX out of a parking spot I have a bible in my hand hoping and praying I don't run any body over .is it possible to add a camera to this old navigation system or do I need another screen hanging from rear view mirror ?

So, with this adapter, you could watch the rear camera while in 'drive'. Interesting.

I had a Kenwood Navi w/ a Boyo backup camera in my Tundra and I would sometimes turn the camera on when driving...not sure why I did that though.

I have an Alpine head unit with the backup camera. Works great (had non-Nav to start)
