Having owned numerous trucks from Mr. Toyoda, I have always been fond on the size, power, and comfort of the 200. I had an 08 that had 200k on it when I sold. A 13 with 114 I really liked and considered keeping. Then the marketing goons started pumping out the info on the GX 550. I sold the LX and bought a new GX to tide me over until the 550 was available. Once the critical real world reviews started piling up, I cooled my jets. SO much so now that I am out on that plan for the foreseeable future.
So I would wait for a local LX to show up and go try to deal the GX and some cash. After missing on a CPO 19 with 33k, I was more determined than ever to get back into an LX. I missed on 3 and finally a 2018 with 65k on it CPO and a 10 year platinum warranty showed up and I jumped.
Now I have always had the luxury packages on the Gas and LXs. It is nice not having a 3rd row, 21 inch wheels, and other stuff I would not use. It has been maintained every 5000 and is ultra clean. I am a very happy cowboy.
Now for tires and wheels. Maybe that is all I do... And make sure the AHC fluid is clean.
