for those of you who are wondering about trailer capability:

am back from 2 weeks with a pop-up trailer. Somewhere between 2000 and 2500 lbs. 2 adults, 2 kids, 200-300 in the back maybe.

Bottom line: power wise and handling wise did not notice the trailer was there, with one exception. At about 9500 feet elev and with a steep hill the rig was downshifting to 3rd if I wanted it to go at more than 40 or so. I even got down to 2nd manually a couple of times when it seemed to struggle. But I am wondering if I may have a bad load of gas that did this as it only happened once or twice on the same tank. Not sure though.

But never a problem at lower elevations.
