I'm teaching the Automotive Electrical System class again. We need two more people to sign up to make it happen. Classes held at Lake Braddock HS, on Burke Lake Rd. near Braddock Rd. - not far from the Beltway. This class is part of the Fairfax Co. Public Schools Adult & Community Education (ACE) program.

Course description:
Learn about the overall operation of the electrical system on your vehicle. This course provides practical, real-world information on automotive electrical components, devices and systems, their purpose, how they work and how they interact. Topics include: starting, charging, ignition, gauges and instruments, lights and accessories. Troubleshooting techniques, reading schematics and the proper use of volt/ohm/amp meters will be taught and demonstrated with hands-on exercises. Systems unique to antique, off-road and specialized vehicles will also be addressed.

Class number: TI05315
Listed in the: Trade & Industry > General Trades > Automotive section.
Thursday nights. 7 sessions @ 3 hrs each. Classes start 9/17 @ 7:00 PM
Cost: $145
(that works out to $6.90 per hour, cheaper than a having your electrical work done at a shop) :)
