Auto Start/Stop module (4 Viewers)

First snow day so first remote start and sure enough the auto stop/start light disable light doesnt come on.
I’ll have to ask my technician expert how remote start could affect the dongle’s ability to over-ride the auto start stop cancel.
Easy work around….use remote start. Car shuts off when you open the door, close door, re-lock door, unlock, get in and start and the overriide works.
Small price to pay to have this feature disabled.

Just a quick update
Another cold day, used remote start again. This time I had to start the car (after it shut off when I opened the door), shut it off and restart the again to get the orange light to show up.
Really no issue but at some point I’ll figure out how and why remote start affects this device.

Other than remote start this thing is perfect.

I've remote started the last two days and unlocked the car with my key fob from inside so the kids could get in. The auto start stop bypass worked and the light came on both days when Igot in and started the car. I wonder if it just needs a rest for a minute to work right.

Yep that worked too. I’m guessing it’s a time to reset thing.

So the bypass works again based on time rather than the second start up after using remote start?

Unfortunately the lx700 doesn't have the auto stop start button feature. Not sure that module will work on lx700. I would try it out however and see
