Auto body gurus. Roof or floor?

Guys, and gals, I have 2 fj55's that I am combining. One has perfect floor but roof is completely rusted through. I am up in the air as how to proceed.
I need advice on what to do.

A. Good body with good roof but trashed floor (on the chassis I won't keep)
B. So so body with perfect floor and trashed roof and I can rape the other body panels where needed (on the chassis I will keep)

Now, I realize either way will be a lot of work and that is fine but I just cannot decide.

Decided on the roof. Cut it half way down the pillars to leave plenty of metal. Should be able to weld at the bottom edge of the gutter and make it look fine. It will be a learning experience anyway.
