Having to get up at 5 the next day for the first day of work after a vacation is kindof a buzzkill.

I should see if there's enough Nanaimo people around to do a pub night one of these days.

There's probably a few in the woodwork who don't want to drive to vic ( or even duncan )

Yeah sorry man. Was hoping to make it CVI (or even further north) this time, but it just didn't make sense with only one person interested up that way...as awesome as it is to BS with you...haha. Maybe can try again in September for a meet up that way. Would be cool if we could roll it into a wheeling day too...

No worries, I've always felt kinda bad about duncan meets when I'm usually the only one who comes, and my attendance was never exactly stellar.

If having them in vic gets more people out, then that should be the thing. Could try some dual cruiser pub night action, one in vic one in nanaimo, so all the lazy islanders don't have to drive far ...

A mild wheeling day would be good. I have another couple weeks off in october, Mel's hoping for a bit of a road trip up island, maybe check out that beach past port alice.

Wanted to do it this vacation, but apparently the shipping companies had other ideas.

That s***ty part of my work schedule I hate ( between vacations) still gives me decent chunks of days off, so we can probably figure something out.

Although I'm going to have to refresh my memory on the to do list for the green truck...been weird just enjoying driving a cruiser, and not working on it all the freakin time.
