Audio not working no matter the source, volume doesn't show up on screen (1 Viewer)

No matter the source (phone connects but no audio, AM/FM radio goes but no audio), audio won't play and when I turn the audio knob or toggle on the steering wheel, volume doesn't even show up on the screen.

Hoping there is some super easy and fast fix for this.

If the volume isn't showing up on your screen, then the dash component of the stereo isn't communicating with the amplifier portion of the stereo. Maybe you will get lucky and the amp just came unplugged, or you blew a fuse to the amp. But that's where I'd start. The volume is controlled through the CANBUS and is "managed" at the amplifier.
