Audible Chime or Beep in 00 100

I just purchased a clean 00 LC and there is an audible chime or beep anytime the truck is running.

I believe it is coming from underneath the driver's side dash... not certain though.

It isn't terribly loud but it is high pitched and it makes it impossible to drive.

I have tied everything I can think of... anyone have any ideas?
