Assume that your LX470 rear ends another truck and now basically needs a new front end

While you're at it, you're going to throw in some mods
Maybe a grill guard, a winch, some tow hooks, etc

What would you add, where would you order it from? :)

Grill Guard is the route I went, but you may get hated on for it being a damage multiplier :p
Personally, I like the look of an ARB Combination Bar (Slee - Toyota 100 Series Land Cruiser Front Bumpers) and a winch you can also get from Slee or possible a shop around wherever you're from. Definitely tow hooks, maybe check Craigslist? You could always just get some welded on. Maybe also add a couple off road lights? Get those from about anywhere that sells truck accessories? New skid plate also wouldn't be a bad modification (I don't know how the stock one is on the Lexus, but also can be bought from Slee).

The thing about a grill guard though is you cant get one that has a mounting location for a winch so you have to make a custom mount for it.

I don't know if I want to keep it stock

Maybe I buy a Slee bumper

I wanted something I could put multiple winches on and turn it into a serious heavy duty truck :)

It went back to OEM But now I'm bored, not really feeling "a lift and bigger tires" First mod I am thinking -- add aux port for my Android phone? What are some high-end luxury mods people have done, I've heard umbrella in tail gate. Maybe a front bumper and rear bumper (just so I can ram through gates)

If you read on mud, it's impossible to stay stock.
