found this aftermarket arm rest in the 69 pig I just picked up, I think my dad had one in his Datsun pick up, it slides between door and door window(it works, i checked it out. $75- Kidding $5 you pay shipping

I used to have 1 in my 40 series back in the late 80's early 90's, worked OK.
IIRCC I picked it up at a truck stop
