Probably Papp brother method: Makes promises you are doing the impossible, take the cash, then ghost the buyer.

These trucks are foreign market (ROW) vehicles brought to an east coast area vehicle armor company and outfitted with heavy duty armor and shipped directly back overseas to its market/country of origin. There are usually a lot of 7* series trucks people see that are here to be fitted with armor ans sent out of the US. Sounds like they are armoring 200's now.

Yeah, there's nothing sketchy about a guy selling 22 Land Cruisers on Craigslist for $65K each. With 0 miles each.

That's pretty impressive, they haven't even been driven off the factory floor.
