I think you're right. I do need to make the adjustment to a RHD truck. It would make finding a 70 much easier. I will have to have the air conditioning though.

Actually, I disagree. BJ70s were first introduced in 1984 and 1985 for Canadian models. Now, add the 25 year rule, and that comes to 2009.
You can get a Canadian LHD BJ70 easily enough and add AC. The bigger obstacle is finding a BJ70 that meets the amount of rust you are willing to deal with.
