ARB Locker compressor

I'm heading over to the shop to pick up my LC, and tomorrow I am going to be installing the compressor.

I was hoping some of you good folks could flood this thread with some pics on where you installed the compressor in the engine bay.

I believe it would be considered the Regular on your scale.

All you can see is the loom looping up into the air, but it's between the air cleaner and the 2nd battery.

There's definitely room there, although it's a little tight. Maintaining room for the 2nd battery is probably your most limiting factor.

Here's mine on front pass side. It fits just fine but as mentioned the second battery would be a squeeze.

Sorry for bringing this back to life. It seems like most of the other air compressor threads with info I was looking for were pretty outdated..


Im looking at getting the same one as listed above for the upcoming ouray trip, can anyone confirm the newer units are much improved over some of the earlier versions? I have been reading mixed reviews while searching for info on here. It sounds like the newer ones may have been vastly improved over earlier models..??

Also, any other pictures of how you guys have these mounted ? I would like mine mounted similar to Dobie, are they fairly adjustable for mounting?


Lastly, anyone have a good diagram/pics for running an air line to the front bumper? I would eventually like it plumbed into the ARB front so I dont have to pop the hood every time I need to use the compressor.. Im assuming I could basically extend the air port via a small length of hose.
