ARB bumper and offset hawse

Ok, another new member and newbie question, so have patience. The Tacoma in my avatar has a ABR bumper with a winch. Im looking to replace the cable with rope lead. Im assuming that the offset hawse bolts to the bumper using the bottom winch bolts. Is my assumption correct?
