Hello to the Old North State Cruisers!!!!

My name is Michael Thompson. I am on the planning committee for the upcoming show. I am very very glad to be here with you guys!!

My friend Ryan (speedrye) got me connected with IH8MUD so that I can pass on the information for the show this April 27th at Leith Toyota in Raleigh, NC

This year the show will be benefiting The Victory Junction and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC....

I see that Speedrye has already posted the links to the threads that contain the information about the show and I thank him very much for doing that already.

If you would like to enter the show and be part of the festivities and be able to enter the raffle and take advantage of all the fun what I would like to do is have you all email me. The price of the registration is $10 and a minimum of 2 cans of canned food. The canned food is going directly to the food back. Included in that price is 1 shirt, a swag bag, and windshield placard with your name and info. Additional t-shirts will be $5.

To enter the show:
please send payment via paypal to:

then i need you to email me personally at deweysdad2011@gmail.com

here is what i need you to include in that email:

full name
IH8MUD screen name
email address (so that i can match you with your paypal payment)
quantity of shirt(s) and sizes of shirt(s)
you will get one shirt included with your registration
i will also need some basic information about your vehicle that will be entered in the show. make, model, year....

My wife (Angie whos screen name at NCFJ Cruisers is soclbtrfly) is the accountant for this event and she is the one who is going to receive the payments then forward info to me to match up for registration.

if you have ANY questions at all, no matter how mundane it may seem PLEASE email me.

We really look forward to having you all join us and we hope that we can do this with as little trouble as possible. Having to run this info across several FORUMS is not an easy thing to do, but with your help and patience im sure it will go nicely!!

So we'll chat about this at the meeting on Wednesday, but I'd like to get a tentative head count of who's planning on making the event. With the trip in the beginning of April to Uwharrie, the work weekend, Spring Tide Ride, and GSMTR in mid May we've got a lot going on!

In the BOD we'll discuss potential raffle items to donate...
 
Garner, hey thanks for replying...we totally understand that you have alot going on...we too have some rides and such coming up in April. What we would like most of all is for as many of you all to show up...no need to bring things to raffle though that is a great gesture...we really want to get you guys involved. Hopefully after your meeting tomorrow we will get good news...and remember that this is totally for The Victory Junction and the Food Bank....cant wait to hear what you guys have come up with!! thanks again!!

We have been talking about it, but we're famous for signing up late in the game. I suspect that there will be at least one more of us signing up, hopefully more than that.

Who else from ONSC is planning on going?

Good evening folks...i have so far gotten three of you ONSCers signed up...looks like from the responses we are going to have a really good turn out of you folks!!! Also keep in mind that we at NCFJ Cruisers are mere FJ Cruiser owners who all dream of one day owning the original and grand daddy to our mere steeds...if you bring anything other than an FJ cruiser you WILL be mobbed and your vehicles will be adored and slobbered on....we all cannot wait to see what you all bring and cant wait to meet you in person!
