That is the plan Shawn, so we will see. If not, I will back up and punt during winter. Sorry you can make it, won't be the same without you scratching your head trying to figure out how I have gotten myself in yet another predicament! :bang:

It looks like my plans are unraveling for this ride. Go figure.

Jack wants to go, so we're going.

Currently Nik, Mike and me are going to to do some easy riding Sat. Sept. 5.

I'm out, in the weeds at work...! Working all weekend, hopefully off a bit on Sunday. Yall have a blast!

Sorry to hear Joel. Was looking forward to cruising with you.

Hunter, will you be camping atop the hill? We haven't set a departure time, but should be up there early Sat.

Yeah ill be somewhere up there if I come. Ill let you know a more definite when the time comes.

Since it's Labor Day weekend, my only strategy would be to load up the kids early morning on Saturday and do a day ride. I'm at about 30% chance of that working, as I've been slammed with work and time off is few and far between! The 40 needs a bearing repack I think... As long as we stick to ease your trails and I don't push her too hard that should be OK

Damn I'd love to go, especially to be there as Old Blue (Goode) gets revived for the trail. Problem is that's the first X-County meet of year for my son. He made state last year and it's part of the qualifying process. I'd be open to the Sunday.

I'm in. Anyone know if they have primitive camping up at the event area like we do up at gsmtr?

Ok, so for the Saturday ride, September 5, what time are yall meeting at Windrock, and where are you meeting up, near the registration building? I'm looking good to go at this point, will have my 11 year old and 6 year old, shakedown run for Mello as well...

I was thinking 8:00 or 9:00 at the office down at the main entrance.

Joel, you have a 2+ hour drive to get there right? Would 9:00 be better for you? Or later?

My son is riding with me. He's 7.

Hunter.... Checked FB and saw this...

**Round-Up Camping Announcement**
Tent camping inside the "Special Event/Group Camping Area" will be allowed during the event for anyone who wants to camp with the group. If you would like to camp inside the event area let the camping office know when you call to reserve your campsite that you will be camping inside the Appalachian Toyota Round-Up event area, it's the same price as primitive camping, and two vehicles are allowed per site. If you already have a campsite reserved through Windrock's campground and would like to camp inside the event area that's no problem, just let them know when you check-in at the campground office you will be camping inside the ATR event area. Any type of camping setup is allowed inside the event area except; RV's or Tow Behind's, everything else is allowed as long as it doesn't have a solid waste holding tank, no solid waste systems are allowed no matter their size. RTT's mounted on vehicles, and on trailers are allowed inside the event area as long as you do not have a solid waste system. It should be a good time inside the event area, we even have our own private mud bog!!! Here's a picture of the camping area and mud bog! - Brett

Thank you Andy. I also just read where this is a pre registration only event, so I'm not sure what ill be doing.

Pre registration? Uh oh, lol

Yeah. But since we are all going to ride together Saturday morning I don't see a problem.

Do we preregister online? Or do we just show up to Winrock and pay the day fee and roll with it

Im just going to pay the day fee to Windrock.
