SD Cruisers, I'm new out here from New England. Going wheelin out at Anza Borrego this weekend and am lookin for some tips. Thinkin Sheep Canyon, good hiking and light off roading.
What ya think?

Thanks,
Knuckles

Coyote Canyon
Fonts Point
Calcite Mine
Truckhaven
Diablo Dropoff
The Squeeze
Etc...

There is a lot to see/do. Pick an area and explore.

Thanks. I bought a Borrego book and got a trail map.

WOW! Good times in the canyons. Fun off roading, wild life, no cell phone service, family and friends...so much fun..

Gotta go back, soon.

Good to hear you enjoyed your trip. What areas did you go?

Come-on Naoh.... a rented heep??? The dropoff is not bad at all. I did it on a solo trip with my son last month. I haven't done the squeeze in a while but it is doable with a spot.

lol, easiest considering OP was from another town, personally not sure if I would take my 80 through the squeeze, too damn big, but I have heard it has been done......

Get rid of the flares and you'll be fine. After the Con I'm confident the 80 will fit through almost anything :D
