My wife and I are planning a trip to the Anza-Borrego desert May 16-18 as the title implies. We plan to leave after work on Friday (1700ish) and return Sunday afternoon. Our original plan was to go to the Overland Expo in Flagstaff but couldn't get enough time off work.
I have never been to the area (We lived in 29 Palms for three years but never ventured down that far) and am open to all suggestions for places to wheel, camp etc. This is also an OPEN invitation for anyone who wants to go. I would love to make a group trip out of it.
