If there is a picture of somebody not smiling I didn't see it.....looks like a nice trip and good company.

As a child, my dad would load us up into the '64 VW microbus and we spent many weekends bouncing through the washes of Borrego....and many times pushing the stuck bus through the sandy sections. We even attempted "The Squeeze" with a Scout II but the lean of the van would have pitched us into the sidewall, so we backed out (I think the trail was in much better shape back then, less eroded). I'm going to take a look at the old home movies to see what was captured on film.

Thanks for bringing back those memories with your excellent photos.
