Anywhere to wheel around Niceville? (1 Viewer)

My family and I are planning a weekend camping trip to Rocky Bayou State Park in April, and I was wondering if there were any trails in the area I could spend an afternoon on exploring. Nothing too difficult, as I'll probably be alone.

I see there are a lot of trails on the Eglin Reservation that are available after a permit is purchased. I may just play around there, but dang, that's a lot of land. I wonder if there are any trails with something interesting on them, instead of just another dirt road.

I grew up there and cruised the res. On my 500r enduro. Mostly clay roads, eglin has had a lot of testing lately(bombs). Most places off limits. There is a bunch of old military scrap laying around. Not a whole lot of wheeling to do. Theres a lot to do with the beaches, enjoy it. Mike

Do not go in the red areas.
Do not go past closed gates
Watch for signs talking about closures due to testing or missions

I go out here all the time. There are some fun spots. Also check Blackwater WMA, its not too far away.
