Anyone want to see an attemt on Hydraulic assist for an FJ Cruiser?

Base mounts to the axle tube bolts.

Live ends mounts to the tie rod pivot head. I welded it but a tab that acts as a washer between the pivot and the end of the rack is possible.

Best option would be attached to a clevis end with hd steering links with heims.

Hope you're good at replacing tie rod's cause those things bend at the first real rock you drive over. I would suggest upgrading to solid tie rod and figure out how to put a Tundra tie rod end or something of significance.
 
Again, like the first post says . Its just a test to see if it could be done.
There are companies that make the hd tie rods.

I'm going with 1 tons as soon as I Have an extra bay available at the shop
