Anyone try a rearview mirror light?

I know that several people complain that no front lighting is provided. I found several mirrors with lights, video backup systems, auto dimming, Homelink and so on. Not sure I will kickout the money for one but maybe someone might like the option.

Has anyone tried something like this?
