Anyone take the leather off their seats?? (1 Viewer)

I have some foam cushion i want to put on my DS seat..for my BIG ARCE. Anyone attempt to take the leather off?..what do i have to look forward to?

Skinning the seat leather isn't that hard, just work in a clean place and take your time. Going back together is more of a pain in the rear, trying to get the leather over extra foam might prove to be a pain also. Give it a go!!
