I had an unfortunate event getting at my water pump and in need of Camshaft Oil Seal Retainer.... Its the top plate behind the timing belt against the block.

If you have access to a EPC or want to reference it to a part number its as follows 11382-17010

Let me know if you have one lying around, this is worst case scenario right now as I am trying to get my piece fixed but if it cant be I will go this route.

Cheers!

I think ENS Lexus Toyota or Dave at Japan4x4.com are going to be your best bets.
It's same as HZJ7 series so ENS should have it.
While you are back there check the turbo coolant pipe that runs behind the plate, if it looks at all rusty inside replace it.

Thanks Sheldon

I sent out an email to Dave when I got home so I am awaiting a response. I will Check out ENS also, forgot about them sctually.

I checked the coolant line and it looked OK, just minor surface rust out the outside but took care of that. Now the line that continues on and connects to the turbo the end was completely gone unfortunately, I was able to cut it flush and attach a longer rubber 3/8's hose, if this doesn't work I guess I am going to have to pull the turbo and get new lines. This project went south fast lol.

We've got a Turbo coolant inlet/outlet pipe if you need one, all shiny brand new in bag.

Well when ever I get my truck fired up and it leaks you will prob get a call lol

If the #1 turbo coolant pipes were that corroded then for the $20 I would definitely replace the #2 pipe as a precaution, major PITA if that thing pinholes. #2 pipe Part number is 16028-17010

Good Point. If I have to order the backing plate anyway I might as well throw this in the same box since I'm in there.

Humm this has turned more into a info thread that a WTB thread lol

Lynchmob thanks for the reply but John over at ATEB was able to fix it today so I do not need it anymore.

Thanks to all that helped!

Intresting, does the 11382-17010 work? I talked to a dealer in Canada and this didnt come up on their system but 11382-17030 did.... don't know what the difference would be on a 98 and newer HZ thou if any.....
