Kim forgot to mention that you will receive 2 collector mags over the year, not only 1. Plus we'll toss in a solid gold dash plaque (you wish :D) AND stating for year 2012, a member only annual collector sticker -- when they arrive that is.

Sure, cut into my t-shirt sales...

Seriously, can't wait for the Backroader!!!!!!

I don't think I will make it.... I kinda broke a part off my engine :/

Yes, our odds just went up a whole bunch! Get yer engine fixed!

Did you buff it too hard?

Surprisingly not this time ;)

I'm trying to picture 'I kinda broke a part off my engine' and imagine what that could be?

I was reading the FSM and it said to take off 4 bolts for the Oil Seal Retainer..... I was not paying attention and took off three and started to pry the damn thing off... It has some FIPG on it so I though it was that that was holding it back, then snap..... a corner broke off and stayed on the block with the 4th bolt :bang:...... anywho its with Dr. Voo to get mended lol

Don't feel bad Christian. Last year I broke the thermostat housing because I had not checked to see if I had seated the new thermostat properly. Luckily I had the other TD4.2 up on blocks and was able to steal the housing off of it. The new one took about 3 weeks to get here because I was too cheap to pay the Nissan Forklift stealership price. Just another life lesson to check two or three times before using "extra force".

"You can force everything once"

My recent 'oops' was with my water pump, setting the torque wrench incorrectly and 'snap' goes the bolt, fortunately there was enough bolt sticking out after I took the pump back off to double nut it and remove it that way.

I did the same thing with a hatch on a boat. Aluminum frame, 24" X 24" square of 1" thick Lexan. Forgot one fastener- crack! Expensive lesson...

Bringing my kids tonight. :princess: is out of town. They love cruisers and hate meetings, so this should be fun.
