Anyone mounted an iPad bracket to Victory Molle panels?

Been trying to figure out how to mount an iPad for NAV n my 2007 100? Have seen the ram mounts that bolt to the seat leg, but wonder if anyone has found a mount that would allow it to be bolted to the passenger side molle panel that Victory makes to provide attachments along the sides of the transmission hump? Seems like it would not interfere with the passengers legs as much as the gooseneck that is floor mounted? also seems like a shorter arm would allow less vibration?

I use Owl Expedition's media mount with some Ram mount parts to mount my tablet. Works great and would recommend it if you don't use your cassette player.
