anyone make repair sleeves for 2F cranks?

I talked to Speedi-Sleeve and Napa, and neither of them offer a repair sleeve for the rear of my crank where the rear main seal interfaces with it. Does any one know of a company or supplier that does make a repair sleeve for that part of a 2F engine?
