Many of you may know my brother and have read his post’s on IH8MUD. A few day’s ago he was taken from us all by a tragic accident. He was an avid FJ 60 wheeler, TLCA member, Pilot and devoted husband and father who loved being with his wife, family and friends. He enjoyed being outdoors, playing music, flying and most of all driving Big Blue. I can’t remember a time when he wasn’t planning something new for Big Blue. (Even if it meant many hours of me turning the wrench and him asking,” What’s that for? Do we need it? and what’s for dinner?” He was a one of a kind and there will never be another like him. I could never truly describe what an impact he made in our lives and how much we love and miss him. What I wouldn’t give to spend one more time taking him out with Big Blue and tearing something up or just to hear him laugh. I know he is in a better place and is looking down on us wishing the same thing. We love you and miss you and it has been a once in a life time ride.

Man, that really sucks. We PMed back and forth forever about some trails over in Grapevine, and he even went to check them out and came back with a report. It was a thread a while back. He seemed like a really nice guy, although I am not sure that he ever made it to a meeting. I think his name was Terry.

From his brother......

Texas lone star chapter. He was able to attend only a couple meets due to flying. I can't release his name at the moment but I will post the info for the memorial when it comes available. It will be here in Irving,Tx
