Anyone know where to get 1KZ-TE (CT12 turbo) dump pipe flange? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys looking to run 3" stainless exhaust from the turbo back on my 1992 Hilux Surf. And I was going to get the dump pipe flange cut out, but I can't seem to find a .dxf file to give the machine shop. No CAD skills to make one.

Does anyone know where to get one (even if I need to shell out some money)?

Another option, if you have someone who can cut one for you, send them the metal gasket to scan/copy

Unfortunately, the ct26 is mostly the same but looks like the 1 bolt hole on the bottom is in a different spot... And I'd need it cut from 304 stainless. Might just have to fork out the extra cash for the shop to copy it.

Mission possible. If you have a gasket for it or the turbo to copy. beer box and all brass hammer. Make your holes 1/32" bigger for the imperfections of home brew metal fabricating and voila!

i might just have fire up the hypertherm and go that route.. machine shop quoted $190 for 1 flange and to draw out the piece.

$190!! you need a different machine shop, and take that beer box that cruiserdiesel mentioned, but full of cold beers for one of the boys in the shop

Hello fellow 1KZ owners! My name is Todd. I use to work for an importer in Oregon. I’ve been wanting to upgrade the stock turbo dump pipe for our CT12B turbo. I tried looking online for something like this with no luck here in the states. I decided to draw and laser cut the turbo flange out of 1/2” mild steel, (Made in the USA) ready to be welded for your a DIY dump pipe.
This turbo dump pipe flange should fit any Surf, Hi-ace, Hilux, Prado with 1KZ engine and CT12B turbo.

There is also Kaiapoi Repowers in New Zealand that sells dump pipes for the 1KZ. Keep in mind the prices on their website are in NZD, which at the moment is around $0.62USD per $1NZD. I had them quote this for me recently and I think it was around $280 USD for a 3" dump pipe including shipping to the US. A bit pricey, but takes out the most difficult part of fabricating a 3" exhaust system. I ordered one last week but it hasn't shipped yet.
